Kelly was introduced to Pilates through an injury rehabilitation program. She fell in love with its healing effects and earned her Pilates Mat and Reformer certifications through STOTT Pilates in New York City. 

Her goal is to help people of all ages and fitness levels increase their body awareness and leave feeling strengthened, toned, flexible, focused and confident. Each session is customized to work at the right level and pace for you. 

Kelly has additional training for working with pre and postnatal clients and is a certified Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Pink Ribbon Program
